The Elephas A1 projector is not just a device for entertainment; it also serves as an indispensable partner in learning and life for children. To connect your Elephas A1 projector to WiFi, simply follow these steps: click "Setup," then select "Wi-Fi" and enter the password for your WiFi network. Once connected, you will see a yellow icon indicating the successful connection in the upper right corner.

For wireless screen casting on iPhone, make sure both the projector and your mobile phone are connected to the same WiFi network. Then, enter the "iOS Cast" interface on the projector and open the "Screen Mirroring" feature on your phone. Finally, select "Flexi-A1-A9A6" to establish the connection.

To connect your Elephas A1 projector via Bluetooth, turn on the projector and go to "Setup." Press the "Down" button to navigate to the next page and select Bluetooth for connection. Click "Search" to discover available Bluetooth devices, choose the desired device, and click "OK" to connect. Once connected, you will see the "Connected" indication in the top right corner.

Please note that due to HDCP copyright restrictions, you may not be able to watch streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime directly on the A1 projector. To enjoy these services, connect the projector to your laptop or use a Fire Stick for video playback.

If you encounter any issues with charging the projector, ensure that the input current and voltage are above 12V/1.5A or 9V/2A for a full charge. If the input current and voltage are 9V/1.5A, the projector will only charge up to 60%.

In the event that the projector display is available but there is no audio, check that the projector or the connected device (PC, TV, etc.) is not muted. Additionally, ensure that the video format is supported by the projector. For Fire Stick users, go to "Settings," select "Display & Sound," and choose "Navigation Sounds" to set the desired audio output.

The Type-C interface of the A1 projector is exclusively for charging and cannot be used to connect USB flash drives, hard drives, or mobile phones.

Sometimes, after sharing the screen with a mobile phone via WiFi, you may be unable to watch videos. This could be due to the video exceeding 30 frames per second, which the projector does not support. Please adjust the video settings to below 30 frames per second for optimal viewing.
